How is a complete massage protocol built?
The complete massage protocol is divided into two main categories: individual self-massage practice and working with a client in tandem.
Its goal is to provide measured impact, restoring the body’s functions, whether in the form of self-massage or massage for a client.
The ideal dosage of impact occurs during individual practice, which includes self-massage and special exercises for massage therapists, with an additional focus on working with a professional.
Each category is divided into two sections: head treatment (self-massage and facial massage) and body treatment (self-massage and body massage).
Each section contains six protocols, and each protocol consists of 12 one-hour sessions.
As you progress through the cycle, tissue flexibility improves, and a new cycle begins, forming part of regular self-care, as important as regular sleep, nutrition, or hygiene.
